FlyOver Canada Brings “the Real Wild West” to Vancouver

Buckle up, The real Wild West, a whole new flying experience lands in Vancouver at FlyOver Canada this fall. The dynamic attraction takes guests on a multisensory journey as they fly over the most iconic places and natural wonders of the American West in a state-of-the-art entertainment experience.

Shot by award-winning director Dave Mossop of the Whistler-based Sherpas Cinema, the immersive show features the awe-inspiring technology of FlyOver. Iconic destinations featured include Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, California, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah captured by helicopter in high definition.

“The Real Wild West” covers unique experiences like glimpsing a solar eclipse in the cascading volcanic arc of Oregon; ride alongside stallions in Yellowstone National Park; surf the biggest waves in San Francisco filmed in 20 years; and dive into the Grand Canyon.

The movie of the flight is projected on FlyOver’s 20-meter spherical screen, with a state-of-the-art mobile platform allowing customers to feel every movement, as well as the wind, mist and specific scents of the flight. ‘site.
