Harvest Routes arts and culture celebrations return to West Lincoln

Registration for the West Lincoln Harvest Roads Arts and Culture Celebration is now open.

“We are very happy to bring back this beloved event that brings our community together while supporting our local arts and culture,” said Wendy Beaty, Recreation Services Coordinator for West Lincoln.

The event is a series of workshops organized by companies that present activities representative of the local culture, in which individuals and families can participate.

This year’s event will feature workshops from The Watering Can, My Painted House and Ang Design Shop. Scheduled for October 1-2, events will take place at the West Lincoln Community Center, Wellandport Community Center and Caistor Community Center.

“This is an exciting and timely opportunity for citizens to get out and enjoy creative activities and much-needed socializing in a way that is both safe and fun,” said Bev Hendry, Executive Director of West Lincoln.

Workshops cost $ 15 per person and registration can be done by email at [email protected] or by phone at 905-957-3346 ext. 4682.

A full list of workshop times and locations is available at www.westlincoln.ca/en/recreation-and-leisure/harvest-routes.aspx.
